This job posting is open exclusively to Mesa Grande Tribal members only through January 30th, 2017.Pay Range $17 – $20 / hour based on experience32-40 hours per weekJob Description:Advocate for Mesa Grande's business interest in Tekamuk EnergyBuild a communications network with the employees of Tekamuk EnergyBuild a list of resources beneficial to the Tribe's business Tekamuk Energy and ensure all employees are aware of and have access to those resourcesEncourage employee involvement in further education, continuing education, Technology and electrical scienceUnderstand, monitor and manage Solar installation crews according to best practices and approved policies and procedures and its objectives, rules and guidelines under local, state and federal safety lawsCoordinate efforts with local solar companies to provide services to both on and off reservation clientsCoordinate solar installation crew activities for various projects both on and off reservationAssist with planning solar installation projects and inspectionsAttend training and meetings with various agenciesComplete and timely submit monthly activity reportProvide a monthly written report of activitiesRequired Experience & Qualifications:Experience working with electrical science, electrical work, construction a plusEducation or sufficient training in working with electricityGood writing and communication skillsFamiliarity with budgets a plusMust pass a background checkMust adhere to drug-free workplace requirementsMust agree to Tribal Code of Conduct and ConfidentialityApplications available in Tribal Office or on Tribal Website CLICK HERE #J-18808-Ljbffr
