**Job Details****RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL**:Under general direction, the scope is to secure the fabrication of products that fulfill with general standards and key characteristics. Builds and executes quality programs specific to customer needs through aligning program management, product engineering, and supplier quality. Ensure the introduction of new products and parts as well as changes in the process and products are properly implemented**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:1. Problem solving activities to eliminate Warranty and Quality complains from the Customer.2. Develop programs to accomplish quality of products according to the JCI standard and specifications.3. Assures and satisfies with our products what our clients need.5. Controls the production on quality assurance aspect. (Control Plan, SPC, etc) 6. Ensure the calibration of all the measurement devices needed on the process.7. Ensure methods used in production meet all ASME, PED NDT requirements as PT, RT, UT, MT, ECT, etc.8. Answers to reclamations and conditions unsatisfied to our clients.9. Administrates of Quality personnel on shop to achieve stablished goals.10. Administrate warranty claims and create corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetitions.11. Develop programs and activities to accomplish JCMS Total Quality.12. Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable.13. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics.14. Comply & assure all people in his/her charge comply with Quality Requirements defined in ASME Manual & all requirements defined in quality documented information**REQUIREMENTS**:Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in SPC, AMEF, PPAP, Six Sigma, ISO 9000, Quality standards, Lean Manufacturing, and Refrigeration; including three or moreyears of direct project management experience. Professional recognition and industry networking are desired, a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences, able to lead and direct diverse teams, able to travel up to 30% of the time. 80% of English written and spoken, and a strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
