In this role, candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of eCommerce solutions that drive our business forward. Candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, marketing teams, sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for eCommerce projects.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify eCommerce trends and customer preferences in Spanish-speaking markets.Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Agile Process and Collaboration:Work closely with Agile teams, including product owners, developers, and testers, to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to continuously refine processes and improve efficiency.Ensure all Agile ceremonies are followed effectively and help drive backlog grooming sessions by providing clear, prioritized user stories.eCommerce Strategy and Implementation:Analyze and optimize eCommerce workflows, including website functionality, customer experience, payment systems, and supply chain processes.Support the development and rollout of new eCommerce features, ensuring they align with business goals and customer expectations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall sales.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary liaison between Spanish-speaking stakeholders and the internal project teams.Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions in both English and Spanish to ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams.Project Management Support:Assist in project planning, tracking timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, eCommerce, or a related field.Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).Experience:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the eCommerce industry.Proven experience in working on eCommerce platforms (e.G., Oracle Commerce, Commercetools, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
