**Objective**Manage and control all joining processes used in the EMC plant. The Joining Sr. Engineer will be responsible for complying with the performance KPIs of the cold joining processes.**Main Responsibilities**- Modify and/or adjust the parameters of SPR, Adhesives and clinching to meet our client's requirements- Maintain the FTT of SPR, Adhesives and Clinching at a minimum of 90%- Reduce internal SCRAP derived by joining processes in cold.- Improve the performance of consumables/spare parts joining processes.- Maintain an optimal SPR health chart according to the requirements of our clients.- Manage C&E reports and trigger necessary adjustments according to your experience**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, mechatronic, electronic or electrical engineer or related.- Advanced English- Knowledge of leak testing machines and leak detection- Weld failure modes, SPR, adhesives, clinching, spot welding- Specialist in manufacturing and/or assembly processes.- Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, PC, SPC, PPAP, APQP)- Knowledge in GD&T- Documentation development (IOs, AV, HVVC)- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
