**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for leading procurement of joining equipment for customer projects.
- Supporting production plants in the launch of projects with Joining Technologies
- Supports production issues in the plant related to the Joining Technologies including maintenance advising, parameter changing and monitoring, and spare parts planning.
- Support development of innovation projects using Joining Technologies
- Will gain an understanding and working knowledge for all products and different Joining Technologies used at Brose
- Monitoring and enforcing the best practices of all Joining Technologies in the plant.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years relevant experience desired
- Fluent english
