A Journey Ambassador, serves as a key point of contact for Guests and the entire operations team.
**What will I be doing?
**

A JA coordinates with the Front Office and Food & Beverage Team to make sure the arrival experience runs smoothly.
- Assists guests during peak check-in and check-out time to minimize queueing time.
- Does walkthroughs, to monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify opportunity areas.
- Attends briefings to update Trip Advisor and SALT information
- Monitors and replies to guest to different platforms such as TripAdvisor
- Is in constant contact with guests and in charge of solving issues that may occur.

- Previous experience working in Concierge in a hotel environment
