Jr Accountant

We are looking for a Jr.
Accountant to provide entry level support to the accounting team in a full cycleclose.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Assist accounting team in preparation of journal entries to ensure all business transactions arerecorded.- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management including data entry, payments and collections.- Support senior accountants in preparing monthly financial reporting packages.- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports when needed.- Work closely with other accountants and operations staff.- Give support to other projects and other assigned duties.
**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:- Analytical problem-solving aptitude and ability to organize work with attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel skills.- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate.- Ability to work as a team player.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance- 1-3 years experience preferred- Excellent organizing abilities- Great attention to detail- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.G.
