Together as one team, we are Here to move.Job OverviewOur Jr Accountant will be in charge of keeping record and accounting for financial transactions in the system (SAP). He/she will be focused on payment application, manual invoice posting, month-end entries, adjustments, reversals, management of unallocated cash, etc.What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)Daily accounting of various types of payments into invoices with SAP and communication of unprocessed receipts to the AR team lead.Reconciliation of unidentified and misapplied cash daily and monthly.Process of returned payments (insufficient funds, stop payments, and referral to the account creator).Accountability of collection requests, including offsets, returns, corrections, and cancellations.Balancing cash received at month-end as well as application of all open cash items before the closing of accounts receivable for the previous period.Close and reconciliation of relevant customer accounts upon request of the collections team.Perform the daily cash reconciliation audit, matching the cash received daily by the bank with the total posted.Process individual valuation, accruals, and deferrals, if applicable for the country, as requested by the company accountant during month-end closing.Assist in financial and tax audits and lead data collection and SCI-related efforts at the team level.What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).2-4 years of previous experience with cash applications.Knowledge of prorations, accounting records, and reclassification of accounts.Knowledge of the application of NIF accounting standards.Advanced English level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
