Jr. Accounting Associate

**Job brief**We are looking for a AP associate who will be responsible for Accounts Payable for LATAM. The resource needs to have good communications skills in English language and should be a good professional with knowledge of Ariba.**Minimum Experience, Education, and Certifications**- Graduation in Commerce / Finance.- 1+ year of relevant experience**Technical Skill**- Basic knowledge of relevant accounting principles- Problem-resolving skills and should be a team player- Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office and SAP**Soft Skills**- Knowledge of basic AP cycle- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish- Team Player**Responsibilities**:- Ensure Invoices payment cycle is completed on timely manner as part of Accounts Payables Team.- Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with All Green SLAs- Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of processing. Data tracking whether manually or in system needs to be captured timely.- Timely response of queries to the concerned parties- Taking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
