Jr. Accounting Associate

We are looking for an AP Associate who will be responsible for Accounts Payable for LATAM.
The resource needs to have good communication skills in the English language and should be a good professional with knowledge of Ariba.Minimum Experience, Education, and CertificationsGraduation in Commerce / Finance.1+ year of relevant experience.Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of relevant accounting principles.Problem-solving skills and should be a team player.Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office, and SAP.Soft SkillsKnowledge of basic AP cycle.Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure the invoices payment cycle is completed in a timely manner as part of the Accounts Payables Team.Ensure processing and completing activity assigned with all Green SLAs.Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of processing.
Data tracking, whether manually or in the system, needs to be captured timely.Timely response to queries from the concerned parties.Taking care of all audit requests on a timely basis, leaving no scope for fallouts and escalations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
