You'll be responsible for receiving and analyzing information related to our customers' payments and processing it in the system. This role is located in Queretaro.A Taste of What You'll Be Doing:Daily Payments Application: Accurately apply daily payments received from customers to their respective accounts in the company's accounting system. This ensures that all payments are properly recorded and that the company's financial records are up-to-date.Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with customers to obtain the necessary payment details, such as remittance advice or other payment information, to ensure that all payments are applied correctly and promptly.Communication: Work closely with the Collections team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments. This includes sharing information and collaborating to ensure that all outstanding payments are collected efficiently.Customer portal management: Manage and monitor customer portals to retrieve payment information, upload necessary documents, and ensure that all transactions are processed smoothly.
