Role
In this Marketing Analyst role, you will:
- You will support the management of the budget of the Marketing and Communication programs, which includes monitoring, reporting, forecasting and identification of potential risks.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, activities and events (includes promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, websites) by providing day-to-day direction, feedback and guidance to agencies and team members.
- Partner with a variety of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Guarantee the execution of media strategies for consumer campaigns.

- Natural Problem Solver: Analytical, curious, and insight-based approach to content development, curation, and growth.
- In-depth understanding of the industry and the consumer is desirable to identify insights.
- Collaborative Team Player: Proven track record collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams; exceptional at facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to engage and influence at all levels, simplify the complex and communicate effectively.
- Deep knowledge of digital channel trends.
- Experience developing detailed execution plans preferred and leverages resources within own team and across agencies/vendors to ensure rapid and effective program delivery.
- Experience with agency/supplier interaction.
