Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:- Provide analytical support to controlling group, plant and corporate management for functions related to budget controlling of key administration departments as well other plant cross-functional controlling activities.- Responsible for all activities of budget controlling for key administration departments. Review budgets monthly with department leader and provide recommendations for areas of improvement for cost reductions. Drive coordination of budget and quarterly forecasts. Cost variance analysis: able to explain Actual deviations to budget and forecast.- Responsible controller for SSC and central allocations. Regular updating of plant overview for budget, Forecast and actuals. Drive process improvements in order have leaner- Controls the budgeting, forecasting and actual tracking for all Bosch internal service agreements or divisional allocations. Drive process improvements and create working network across all departments.- Prepare and present to plant management financial information in a concise and understandable way.- Coordinate chances and risks updates for plant forecast evaluation and external reporting.- Organize and follow-up of key timelines (Forecast, Business Plan, Month End)- Key contact for plant KPI Tree- Projects as defined by department.- Able to think analytically and work well with numbers.- Advanced excel skills required.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.- MS Office.- Excel advanced (Macros, VLOOKUPs, Pivots). Manage large data efficiently.- Bi lingual (English, Spanish).- 1-3 years experience in similar field.- SAP knowledge.
