As a Business Development Manager at QIMA, your primary responsibilities will include:
- _Client Portfolio Management:_ Develop and manage your own client portfolio, typically consisting of companies involved in the import and export of consumer goods globally.
- _Prospect Acquisition: _Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in fairs and exhibitions to identify and acquire new clients.
- _Client Relationship:_ Nurture prospective clients, maintain consistent and open communication, and successfully close deals.
- _Upselling Services: _Promote additional services to existing clients to ensure they leverage the solutions provided by QIMA optimally.
- _Collaboration:_ Work in synergy with the Operations and Marketing Teams to drive large-scale projects and increase market awareness.
- _Market Analysis:_ Analyze market trends, establish competitive advantages, and monitor metrics to ensure effective use of analytics in achieving ambitious sales targets.
- The talent recruited will report directly to the Sales Manager. _
**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in **B2B** sales with a minimum experience of 1 year.
- A solid command over the **English **language.
