Jr Business Support Controller

MISSION
The Jr Business Support Controller assists business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC and BPC managers), in their management assistance mission.
He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service (CESP).
He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools - Business Intelligence)
He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for his/her entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: sales for the commercial territories, CRI and variances for the factories, SG&A etc.
He is responsible of supporting the Back office task in the BSC Industry Team.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Performe all tasks related to Month End Closing attending the deadlines with good quality and measure them thru Scorecard.
2. Support the BPC and the plant in First Level Analysis according to the chose/focus process defined (Cout Matiere and Cout Facon perimeter). In addition support the plants with all analysis required to help the facility to make financial decisions to improve the economical performance.
3. Participate as a team member in Projects to improve process
4. Respect the Law and Doc the Base of the group in all the Controlling activities. Help the industrial activity to support the evidences for Internal Control Processes.
5. Create all the Work instructions of the organizations that he / she is responsible to guarantee all the process. Keep them updated
6. Participate in Forecast process of the plants, giving support to the BPC in operational task
7. Guarantee the polyvalence plant defines by the manager
8. Measure the level of service given to the BPC / Plant thru the Quality review process done quaterly
9. Back office tasks
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related.- English C1.- No experience required.
