We invite you to join our team in the following role.MISSION:The Jr. Business Support Controller of the Industrial Facilities assists business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC and BPC managers), in their management assistance mission. He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Service (CBS-F). He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (i.E., the BI tools – Business Intelligence). He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for his/her entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: sales for the commercial territories, CRI and variances for the factories, etc.KEY ACTIVITIES:Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA).Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts (CRI).First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).Participation in Projects to improve process.Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the CBS.Business continuity (concerns some posts in CESP): progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring.Process all the data to guarantee an accurate monthly closing for the plants, respecting the Group deadlines and process defined as Standards.Details:Monthly closing: Deliverables: Scorecard defined yearly: deadlines and quality.
