Innovation, inclusivity and teamwork are a part of our DNA.When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.About the RoleThis position is primarily responsible for implementing and monitoring regulatory and non-regulatory compliance testing, process, released certification report.What You Will DoCreate, review, and manage homologation and certificates plan in areas such as risk management, software, human factors, test and lab capability.Participate in test setups specified within standards and documentation of results.Consult with engineering staff to address problems that may occur during certification process.Review and maintain product labels for compliance with labeling regulatory requirements.Participate in documentation processes for regulatory projects.What You NeedBEE (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering) or above in related field.1 or more years related experience with electrical/wireless products regulatory compliance (Such as: EU RED EN300328/301489/300440/301893/62368, US FCC15B/C, BSMI, CCC, SRRC, NAL) and some knowledge of technical compliance (Such as: BQB, WiFi Alliance, USB, Baidu Carlife).MS software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) is required.Electrical design and telecommunications knowledge are required.Excellent English communication ability.Basic Knowledge of the IATF16949 standard (including regulatory requirements) and specific customer requirements.What is Nice to HaveA minimum of 1 year experience in wireless engineering or telecommunications.A minimum of 1 year experience dealing in regulatory processes.Hands-on experience with wireless technologies like WLAN, BT, LTE, mmWave 5G is preferred.Well trained in problem-solving methodology.
