In this role, you will be responsible to collaborate on achieve best possible sustainable purchases ensuring the most beneficial supply base for the company, includes the strategic relationship, the contracting, performance review and improvement of the supply base.

To comply on this, you will demonstrate experience in the following fields.
Supplier Development: we need your collaboration to drive corrective actions regarding cost, customer needs by identifying the alternative that is consistent with our strategy
Pricing: to develop preliminary pricing detail, secure focus and agreements with different vendors
Supplier Management: Ensure proper supplier selection. Expand and maintain a reliable local supply base in accordance with our sustainability strategy (climate impact, human rights, transparency in finance and operations).
Handle change orders in execution phase and secure lowest Total Cost
Identify improvements and cost savings opportunities base on purchase related processes, new technologies, standardization efficiency etc.
Procurement compliance:
Conduct business negotiation and contracting according to global frame and conditions.
Adhering to protocols to ensure that procurement processes are controlled
Networking and influence: With your coaching skills you will bring support to your internal customers and comply with financial requirements.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or any related field
Has manufacture experience on metal work industry with proven knowledge in sustainable purchasing
English and Spanish skills C1 level with written and verbal communication skills.
Kind communication and interpersonal skilled able to influence stakeholders within organization.

Hybrid Scheme (twice a week in home office)
