We are hiring a Sr Renewals Specialist to serve as a key resource to a dedicated set of our most valued and high-profile customers to help them extract maximum value from their investment in our team messaging, video meetings, and a business phone product.**Consultants on in this role get to**:Be responsible for leading the renewal management process for our most valued customers, including negotiations**Qualifications**:Requirements**:- 2+ yrs experience in sales (B2B or B2C) in the contact center or telecommunications industry- Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets- Experience managing licensing agreements and ability to negotiate commercial terms- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English (B2) - and understanding of situational uses of different communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools- Experience with unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX**Responsibilities**:- Managing a clear process to work through account renewals based on renewal date, size of renewal and complexity of renewal- Maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue- Understanding how the revenue components impact financial goals- Coordinating with the Expand sales team and monitoring upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the customer- Running a professional renewal process and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the discussions and process- Maintaining good customer records in CRM- Submitting weekly forecast on renewals, down sell and churn- Escalating material churn or down sell scenarios**We offer**:- Competitive salary $14,000- Performance bonus- Weekends off- Direct hiring and all law benefits- Food coupons- Paid Training- Life insurance- Permanent home office
