As a Customer Service Jr. Manager you will lead a team responsible for the back office (administrative tasks) needed regarding of following-up, tracking, negotiation, different areas connection to accomplish the customer service demands of our clients at PPG. You will report to Customer Service Director and its based in Tultilán #LI-Remote
**Key Responsabilities**
- Guarantee the correct coordination of the team responsible for attending to the requirements of administrative procedures: invoicing, re-invoicing, issuance of credit notes and returns, ensuring that the established service times are met and the correct emission of these.
- Lead cell executives and administrative assistants for the solution of complex service requests by accomplishing the internal policies and procedures at PPG.
- Ensure the quality service according to the Call Center, through monitoring and visits to internal clients and concessionaires, implementing actions that support the satisfaction and experience of our client experience.
- Organize human and material resources, detecting training needs and evaluating the development requirements of staff competencies.
- Manage customer service for direct and indirect clients focused on the management of credit notes, administrative procedures and massive billing through the different systems and service lines, achieving negotiations and collaboration networks that improves response times.
- Guarantee a constant follow-up of the implementation of SAP (long-term global project)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in administration or related field areas
- 5+ years of experience in customer service responsibilities mentioned above.
- Fluid English level
- Proficiency using ERP oracle, CRM Sales Force
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI
- Skills: Commercial mindset, follow-up, organized, good at business
