Responsibilities Carry out research and create requirements using document analysis and constant interaction with various stakeholders.
Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, technical specifications, and write findings in form of reports.
Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations, Ability to analyze and extract relevant information from large, complicated data sets of structured and unstructured data.
Proficiency at producing and maintaining scaled, automated, user-friendly reporting systems and dashboards.
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required, both verbally and written.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, reporting tools and structures to track key metrics Work with end users to understand their conceptual needs to production.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, and analyses used to drive key business decisions Requirements Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferable High level of technical expertise making dashboards from scratch Support operations and shop team daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Benefits Competitive Pay.
