A successful candidate must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for the creation of graphics and designs from scratch and will be responsible for the development and creation of production-ready graphics, such as digital banners and paid media content. Additionally, the Jr Digital Art must be proficient in editorial design and have the ability to generate a design system to tell a story with full consistency. The Jr Digital Art needs to possess presentation creation skills to support requests for editing and creating presentation templates from scratch.Your ImpactAs Jr Digital Art, your functions would consist of:Adaptation of existing master graphics / key visuals to create digital banners and paid media content both static and animated.Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics / key visuals and adapt to different materials when needed.Understanding and conceptualization of the needs established in the brand brief for the development of graphics.Digital manipulation (including product, color, layout, sizing, etc.).Create and deliver presentations and internal comms deliverables such as newsletters.Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?Key skills and experience required:Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (graphic design, multimedia design, interactive design, etc.).Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.Fluency in English and Spanish is a must for this role.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams.Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision-making are a must.Strong creative portfolio, available online.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs
