**Purpose of the Job**:**Education Level & Work Experience**Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent experience4 years of experience managing online paid media budgets and developing digital strategies**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the team that implements and optimizes Paid App Campaigns in Clip.- Help drive small changes that have a big impact over time.- Develop and supervise A/B tests where more impact can be obtained: copies, images, segmentation, remarketing lists, website, bids, campaign structures, landing pages, etc.- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports doing deep dives that helps identify areas of opportunity.- Participate and, if needed, coordinate communication efforts between online, content and growth teams.- Create strategies in different digital media to generate the target lead volume.- Improve the quality of leads to try to improve the current conversion rates.- Help to map and implement funnel events to improve conversion**Technical knowledge**:- Google App campaigns - advanced- Facebook App Campaigns - advanced- Tiktok App Campaigns - intermediate- Attribution Platforms **(Appsflyer, Adjust**, etc) - advanced.- Google Analytics or other web attribution - intermediate- Deep knowing of structures, algorithms, and segmentation strategies.- Analytical thinking and excel - advanced.
