We connect customers and consumers to our iconic products and create innovative experiences that bring people together to celebrate life.The Financial Business Partner Expansion role is responsible for driving and supporting the financial growth agenda across the Marketing Expansion Business Unit, providing strategic and tactical insights based on operational performance, industry dynamics, macroeconomic trends, and competitor landscape. It will also handle and support business planning by providing financial analysis and guaranteeing alignment to portfolio strategy and financial metrics aligned to the company's long-term vision.Responsibilities:Represents Finance function at the IBP monthly sessions, ensuring the financial targets and principles are in compliance with business priorities.Leads financial agenda for the P&L Expansion Business Unit's portfolio analysis, providing strategic and tactical insights based on operational performance, industry dynamics, macroeconomic trends, and competitor landscape, sharing business opportunities and risks within Marketing team members.Provides support for prioritization decisions, guaranteeing alignment to portfolio strategy and financial metrics, while identifying avenues for growth.Support business planning to Expansion Business Unit leader by providing financial analysis and modelling.Contributes to ad hoc projects as required, as part of the business strategy execution.Works as a Business Growth strategic partner that supports the BU providing financial analysis to building blocks that support growth.Handles the connections required with functional leaders (Marketing, FP&A, Strategic Planning, Supply, Demand Planning) to guarantee forecast accuracy and delivery of business targets.Skills & Experience:Finance, Economist or Similar degree.2+ years finance experience.Financial and commercial competence when undertaking financial assessments, applying judgement and providing insights on outcomes.Critical thinking & strategic approach capabilities with sound business judgment that sees connections in data, events, and trends.Consistently works aligned to the right priorities.Proactively shares knowledge and findings with others.Demonstrates perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals.Key Partner management: Comfortable with working cross-functionally and cross-culturally to deliver results.Flexible: embraces and adapts well to change.Strong presentation skills
