In your new role you will:P- rovide monthly closing support including journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, financial reporting to Finance and Operations Management S- upport for monitoring operations activities (i.E. Production supplies, Repair & Maintenance spending and usage) to provide in a timely manner information for decision making to control cost S- upport on plant financial forecast in a quarterly basis within finance and operation teams I- dentify financial status by comparing and analyzing weekly actual results vs forecast A- ssist on Identify and effectively implement process improvements to streamline closing and report preparationYou are best equipped for this task if you have:1- + years' experience of financial analyst/cost accountant is required in a manufacturing environment P- roactive contributor being passionate about profit to understand details and the ability to effectively develop and present financial information to Senior Management E- xcellent communication skills across all levels, from production floor to Top Management team A- dvanced English skills are mandatory in both verbal and writing B- achelor degree in Accounting or Finance H- igh competence level with IT tools, e.G.
