We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department based out of our Queretaro office.
**Fluent English is a must**
**Morning shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm**
**Responsibilities-**:
- Provides support to ongoing and new HR and Talent projects/initiatives as needed.
- Support in the recruitment development and administrating base and variable compensation programs for multiple geographical locations.
Improve the effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
- Support of departmental representatives in HR and Talent questions
- Coordination of applicants, preparation of following steps for hiring process
- Introduction of new staff into their work environment
- Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues
- Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees
- Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries.
- Takes care of administrative items associated with employee transactions - preparing draft offer letters, initiate background, and reference checks, administer leaves of absence, process new hire details into HRIS and payroll, submits offboarding requests, and other HR information updates as needed.
- Coordinates with new employees and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process and positive employee experience.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources and recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
