- Must be able to install, upgrade, configure, deploy, and remove computer hardware, software, and periherals.
- Provide exemplary customer service support to the end users.
- Consistently follows issues though to resolution and/or completion.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Support all company procedures and protocols.
- Document and comunicate all issues and their resolution.
- Maintains and Develops technical documntation and standards.
Calificaciones:
Education: Systems engineer or related career.
Language: 85% English
- High Sense of Urgency and Customer Service Oriented.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage time well. Correctly prioritize tasks.
- Excellent problem solving capability.
- Able to manage and balance near and long term work, shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and help incorporate them into shared workflows.
- Positive, customer-friendly attitude with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
