.**Jr Knowledge Coordinator**The goal of your job is to ensure our intranet sites, communities and content management operations are accurate, timely and follow standard best practices. Your goal is to complete tasks correctly the first time.You are the backbone and foundation of our online KM Delivery Model. You play a critical part in keeping the lights on and the Mercer Link engines running, as part of the broader Colleague Connect ecosystem, for our Practices and Operations & Technology (O&T) through a collaborative partnership with our Digital Workplace Team (DWT), the platform owners for Mercer Link, our Knowledge Specialists (KSs), who work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and oversee the content, and the Innovators who spearhead new digital solutions.**A day in your life has you**:- Completing Mercer Link tasks from KM teammates and Practice/O&T stakeholders using the content submission form.- Ensuring you are clear on how to process and manage the requests using standard operating procedures.- Seeking assistance from our Hub team leader, Hub Area Leads and from KSs to ensure the HVC libraries are in perfect, squeaky-clean condition.- Leveraging documentation, to tag and post content in SharePoint using our defined taxonomy and metadata.- Coordinating news for Mercer Link and publishing on multiple news feeds and rotators.- Complying with templates and standard design elements provided by DWT to spin up sites as required.- Collaborating with KM teammates to ensure work follows required standards.- Assisting with generating internal website metrics to show engagement and usage of communities, pages, and content to our KSs and stakeholders.- Partnering with KSs and content owners throughout the content review and optimization process.- Raising and developing ideas and suggestions for process improvements that lead to simplification, standardization or efficiencies resulting in time savings.- Supporting a culture that values knowledge sharing.- Developing your own learning and on-the-job-skills to embrace the future of work.- Accurately managing your time, your communications, and your stakeholder expectations.- Learning new skills related to Microsoft tools and other digital skills (SharePoint Online, MS apps, MS Office suite, etc.).- Providing ongoing feedback to the KM Team on shaping the future of work and new ways of working- Handling special tasks or projects as requested.- Serving as a "KM Hub area lead" with expertise in a specific task, with oversight of work being serviced to "customers" on that task and offering peer-to-peer coaching to fellow teammates.**For a more advanced career path, you will also**:- Review and coach other KCs managing tasks.- Shift from routine, repeatable tasks to more complex Practice KM, Ops & Tech, or Enablement/Innovation KM project work.- Take active lead in a working group that is developing/updating Mercer Link sites, offering input on best approach for structuring content
