Jr. Lead Operator

Job Summary: The Jr. Lead Operator will be responsible for Answering bells for conference calls and collecting information from the caller and providing support. They will answer basic conference call questions, resolving basic issues, providing customer service and adhering to approved scripts.Functions: Requirements/Skills:English advance but can have an accent. (English is 80% of this position)French will be ideal, no mandatoryThe ability to resolve customer issues in a tactful and professional mannerThe ability to use and interpret multiple systems for booking and inquiriesMinimum one year experience working customer service environmentClear and concise telephone communication skills coupled with ?active listening? skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleaguesHigh concentration and energy levels, with the ability to multi-taskAdvanced computer/key boarding skillsExcellent verbal communication skills (North American Accent) Salary:$750-$850 USD Monthly
