Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJunior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting production-released assembly lines for instruments and accessories. Additionally, the Junior Manufacturing Engineer may provide support in the transfer of new products and manufacturing lines. Responsibilities include:Provide mechanical support as directed for the cross-functional team including electrical and software disciplines.Contribute technical skills in manufacturing, problem-solving, and training.Familiarize yourself with the assembly process and product details.Familiarize with SOPs and DOPs affecting products and processes ensuring compliance.Perform tests at the production line using statistical techniques per ISI's DOPs, including:Sample size determinationDesign of experimentsUse of CPKsUse of Gage R&RPrepare a report of test results and review them with Sr. Eng.Train trainers and/or techs where applicable.Prepare Root cause analysis and justifications for process/products issues (NCRs, VRs, etc.).Prepare and suggest redlines for changes to process or tooling used at our production processes, review suggestions with Sr. Eng.Create ECO's for proposed changes.Identify the needs or weaknesses of production processes.Suggest, prepare, and execute projects (A3 forms).Review, understand, and update PFMEAs as required.Experiencia y requisitos0 to 2 years graduated in one of the following engineering disciplines:MechanicsMechatronicsElectronicsIndustrial ManufacturingBiomedicalBasic knowledge in SAP.Basic knowledge in Agile.Good communication skills.Ability to read and understand parts and EFT drawings and specifications.Language requirements: English (demonstrated):Written 65%Read 65%Spoken 65%Número de vacantes: 1Área: Producción/ManufacturaContrato: PermanenteModalidad: PresencialTurno: MixtoJornada: Tiempo CompletoEstudios: Carrera con título profesionalInglés: Hablado: 60%, Escrito: 65%Disponibilidad para viajar: Sí#J-18808-Ljbffr
