**Jr Motion Designer**As Motion Designer you will be an experienced digitally focused designer, comfortable taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.
You will be producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
**What you will be doing**:- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.- Deliver on briefs from concept to completion via working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.- Be available to assist the account management and design team with offline design briefs as appropriate.- Animation for social media assets.- An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- A strong understanding of conceptualization, graphic design, illustration, typography, and ecommerce standards.- Demonstrate strong thinking for the web, digital, ecommerce and social advertising.- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects whilst implementing existing brand guidelines.- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.- Outstanding attention to detail.
**What you need to be great in this role**:- Highly creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines and agreed timescales (tight deadlines, fast turnarounds).- Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere Storyboarding Animation concepts.- Excellent digital design skills, knowledge and a portfolio that shows digital work specific motion.- Awareness of emerging digital design trends.- Understanding of typography, layout and grid structures.- Good knowledge of digital processes to deliver best-in-class solutions.- Confident, articulate, and decisive, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions internally
