Jr Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintenance and troubleshooting of customer network systems
- Working with customers and 3rd party vendors on implementations / troubleshooting
- Internal pre-sales/post-sales technical consulting and support
- Collaboration with regional and global network/security teams
- Fluent to Good writing and speaking English.
She/He needs to communicate with Client IT Teams.
- +1 years of experience in IT Teams
- +6 month of experience in networks related positions
- Nice to have: Knowledge in OSI 7 layer model and TCP/IP model
- Nice to have: Knowledge in VoIP (SIP, RTP)
- Nice to have ITIL and Helpdesk/Servicedesk experience
