Jr. Operations Analyst

The Jr. Operations Analyst provides ongoing support to Synthesio clients post-'go live.' Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining technical requirements, communicating Synthesio's value proposition, ensuring client satisfaction, and involvement in larger client projects. This role requires collaboration with team members in India, Mexico, and Romania to cover 24/5 working hours, along with France, Singapore, and the US within the rest of the Support Team.
You will be working within the Support Department, where we assist both clients and internal teams in utilizing the platform. You'll be part of a team that is continually evolving, improving, and learning.
What will I be doing?In this varied and engaging role, you will:
Assist CSMs with Backoffice Tasks:Build and maintain dashboardsPerform QA testing and manage crawling/rejection ratesSource keywords/accounts and identify/integrate sourcesHandle translations, reports, newsletters, and data annotation (Lab Studio)Service Clients:Maintain client dashboards, including query writing and data manipulationSupport QA initiatives, track bugs, replicate issues, and liaise with tech supportMaximize client value from Synthesio products by addressing usage inquiriesCoordinate with the CSM for complex client requests to ensure satisfactionWhat do I need to bring with me?Ability to work independentlyOpen mindset to always learn and relearnExcellent written communication skillsAuthoritative knowledge of technical productsStrong multitasking abilities and prioritizationMeets deadlines and takes ownershipProficiency in MS Office SuiteFluent written and oral English
