Your role at Clorox:
Complete activities and projects related to P2P controls and performance. Assess and report the performance of 3rd parties against SLAs and contract terms. Report internal control compliance supporting the quarterly and annual reports submitted to the SEC.
In this role, you will:
- Implement Controls & Close related activities.
- Support the financial close activities including preparation of JE's, performing account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly AP analytics.
- Ensure all key internal controls are completed a timely basis.
- Support requests from auditors (external & internal), support management of P2P contracts by reviewing invoices and preparing SLAs.
- Lead improvement in controls.
- Actively participate in enhance account reconciliations, analytics and SLA's.
- Other tasks and projects as the need arises.
What we look for:
Experience Required
- 2-3 years work experience on P2P & accounting
- English: Proficient
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements
- Payables and procurement background
**Skills**:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues
- Microsoft Excel and experience with major ERP system (SAP), Power BI desirable
- Able to work independently, and cross-functional activities
- Planning and organization skills
- Ability to lead priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
Education Level/ Degree
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or similar.
