Jr PC Support **Job Number**:INF0100OU )**Primary Location **: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali**Description**:Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software).- Installation, hardware / software configuration.- Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment.- Monitoring of data network operation.- Inventory maintenance of computer equipment.- Train PC users as required.- Quick and effective problem solving in the operation.- Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline.**Qualifications**:Engineering bachelor degree in computer sciences or equivalent- 1+ Years of experience in the position- Experience and knowledge in structured cabling for networks.- Understanding of the operation of the different Computer Operating Systems- 1+ Years working in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environment desirable- Software management- AS400 and SAP Knowledge Desirable- FDA and IS0 13485 knowledge Desirable- Disciplined and Organized- Proactive- Able to manage multiple projects- Sense of urgency- Schedule availability
