And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**JOB SUMMARY**- The planner buyer Jr is responsible for raw materials supply to Monterrey and Toluca plants, based on a sales forecast, consumption history and delivery records.- Is also accountable for the placement and follow-up of purchase orders until its delivery to the plants. Assessment of supplier delivery performance on time, quantity and under delivery conditions.- It is key to maintain close communication with suppliers informing them about the required requisites for the receipt of the goods. Manage material rejections and replenishment due to this to assure the accomplishment and administration of goods delivery.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for processing and following up on purchase orders in accordance with the planning requirements area.- Coordinate with suppliers and internal clients (warehouses) the delivery bookings previously scheduled.- Assure raw material deliveries on time, in quantity and under delivery conditions.- Maintain necessary records from suppliers to assess supplier performance OTIF.- Responsible to provide the import department with the necessary documents to perform customs brokerage of goods on time.- Accountable for asking for block stock in the system when it is required by COFEPRIS to sample the goods.- Maintain the purchase orders up to date in SAP system for decision-making appropriately.- Process supplier service complaints due to issues at the receipt of the goods.- Follow up quality complaints with suppliers (complaint closure, materials return, credit notes).- Address special needs for both plants.- Assure Safety stock accomplishment.- Accountable for establish, maintain and update safety stock policies on his raw materials foreseeing customs, COFEPRIS, Goverment agencies and shortage periods.- Coordinate with US transport department pick up on time of import materials in agreement with the incoterms established.- Committed to meet quality and customer service expectations, such as latest regulatory compliance applicable to the food industry
