Jr. Planner

Responsibilities: The Production Planner will be responsible for ensuring the execution of production programs aimed at the efficient manufacture of industrial products.The primary duties include: ·        Coordinating and monitoring the master production plan to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.·        Issuing operations and materials as per the production plan.·        Ensuring optimization of inventories ·        Solving problems or escalating problems in a timely manner for proper resolution Competencies: The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following competencies: ·        Action-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and seizing opportunities.·        Ability to work with a sense of urgency.·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·        High ethical standards and integrity.·        Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.·        Detail-oriented with a commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.Location: Mexicali B,C.Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing Operations or related field.·        Minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning within a manufacturing environment.·        Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility.·        Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.·        Experience with MRP, Oracle or Enterprise systems in Planning or Production Control is desirable.·        APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus but not required.
