**GENERAL OVERVIEW**: The Junior Program Manager is responsible of existing Products & transfer activities between multiple sites & functions by leading multi-functional Teams to meet UEI & Customer expectations. Support UEM & UEI goals, develop project budgets and ensure project cost are under targets.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinate project transfer activities with UEI & UEM Teams, ensure all product requirements, procedures and document are understood and follow and record through the project transfer schedule & check list. Manages the product development from project start to the first shipment leveraging the support of other departments based on their specific expertise.
Communicate project status on timely manner, produce accurate reports during all product life cycle.
Provide product information to UEM Team using the stablished channels to secure a smooth project transfer and fast ramp up, meet line performance (UPH & Process Yields) and UEI & UEM quality systems.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple sites / projects within the department. Develop tooling ramp plan with ME for unapproved components (plastics, keypads) to enable PC to create a production ramp plan.
Support P&L plans and projects to meet UEM targets through quality improvements, cycle time reductions, positive relationship with customers, and consistency processes.
Lead sourcing cost reduction projects for new or existing materials, make suggestions on new process to improve manufacturing cost.
Assist PM's & Top Management on customer meetings.
Identify and articulate best practices within an industry, make and support implementation of new manufacturing capabilities. Work with Production Engineering to lay out the optimal line configuration to ensure that all test needs are met.
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priority.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Build team(s) to address the project goals and objectives for multiple and/or enterprise level projects.
Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives.
Responsible for recognizing project's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage the work within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Accountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
Bachelor's degree in engineering Mechatronic, Industrial, Electronic, Engineering, or related.
- + 3 years of experience as Program management
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma

- Fluent English
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
