Jr. Project Manager

Do you want to work on a startup company? -i growing very fast and is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to help them face their projects and challengues.**:**The Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead project planning sessions to identify scope, objectives, and assign tasks.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.**Qualifications**:- Proven working experience in project management, with 1 - 3 years in a leadership role preferred.- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Highly organized with superb scheduling skills and the ability to multitask.- Team leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve their goals.- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.(Plus)- Experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon FBA, is highly advantageous.(Plus)**We Offer**:- A competitive salary- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.- A dynamic, innovative working environment.
