**BAT IS LOOKING FOR A JR PROJECT MANAGER AT MONTERREY****What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
**GBS is leading the digital transformation of BAT trough the implementation of different projects across the different areas of the organizationLead the delivery and champion the deployment of US expansion for operations and trade marketing, The manager should follow our expansion playbook to lead to a success implementation of projects.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Works as a business partner for Marketing & operations leaders in end markets, by providing key commercial insights, assisting in ensuring that the end market growth activities contribute to the success and effective resource allocation decisions are made across the value chain.- Analytics which generate valuable insights and foresights is a key lever in driving sustainable and efficient business growth.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited by analytics to insights and innovation vs. the status quo to join our GBS Commercial team.- This role is expected to provide critical support in developing and embedding Marketing Spend Effectiveness capabilities in GBS by collaborating with rest of the relevant DBS team, and also with global project team, IDT (particularly D&A) as well as end market teams.
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- Around 3 years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital ,business intelligence, marketing research, consumer insights and/or category management.- Project management experience in leading large-scale, complex Project and experience of actively using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, etc for generating useful insights and foresights in above mentioned aspects.- Good influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support- Understanding and knowledge of relevant tools and systems (i.E.
BI / Power BI, Tableau, etc.
).- Experience in planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, of commercial projects.
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative.- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
