Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the roleDrive different department teams for development and delivery of our brand partnership projects, both media and event-led.Communicate to the team any and all priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions made, ensuring everything is delivered within budget.Lead the day-to-day communication with a client throughout the lifetime of a project, delivering outstanding client services and always looking to upsell beyond the current agreement.Conduct regular and thorough reporting and analysis of campaign work.Work with the sales team to interpret and respond to client briefs - both media and event-led.Collaborate in the ideation, strategic insight, and storytelling of a proposal, translating ideas into a package of tangible deliverables that align with time and budget restraints.Actively participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties, and colleagues to provide appropriate skills and input to programmes and activities.Continuously update and maintain understanding and knowledge of the media and market in which clients operate, building competitor reviews and developing our tools and processes to ensure we stay relevant and competitive.Skills & Experience Required4+ years in a relevant role, ideally media owner/agency or creative/digital agencyExtensive client-facing experienceExperience responding to client briefsExcellent eye for detail and accuracyA good standard of numeracy and literacyExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Strong knowledge of social mediaComfortable working through new situationsStrategic and analytical thinkerConfidence in establishing and developing new relationshipsTeam playerPassionate about brands and innovative ideasFluency in EnglishBenefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance
