**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools, ensuring timely reporting on project status and milestones.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage to meet deadlines and ensure timely project completion.
- Adjust work plans according to the company's changing requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- +2 years Project Management Experience
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Risk and Change Management
- Time and Resource Management
- Knowledge of ASANA/JIRA.
- Programming notions and understanding of IT department structure.
- Plus: Experience working in a technology company.
- Plus: Experience and/or knowledge of the financial market.
- Conversational level of English.
**Pay range and compensation package**:
- Base salary: 27,000 MXN net monthly.
- Quarterly Bonus: Based on teams performance.
(after the probation period).
- Food vouchers: 3,150 MXN monthly.
- Ubicación: Avenida Santa Fe (A un costado de Parque La Mexicana).
- Work modality: On-site.
- Workdays: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
