This person has to identify opportunity areas, solve problems, propose improvements, and communicate with the operation area.
The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process.
He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
