We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms.
- Supporting the onboarding process of new hires.
- Participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English is preferred
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
