As a Junior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company.**Your responsibilities will include**:- Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms.- Supporting the onboarding process of new hires.- Participating in recruitment events and career fairs.- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Intermediate English is preferred- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition**Benefits**- Benefits higher than those required by law- Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, Canada and Europe as well as the United Kingdom, Spain)- Indeterminate Contract- Hybrid scheme
