You will be the first filter for existing customer calls, will process modifications on orders, and escalate complaints through different communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated. We expect integrity and consistent follow up with all customer inquiries. This role will need you to work at least two weekend days a month.We are looking for somebody who thrives in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
