**What you'll do**- _ Support Integration Platforms, resolved platform and integration issues._- _ Monitor production system to ensure it is operating in a manner consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLA's)_- _ Take lead during remediation of priority incidents and update stakeholders and partners as appropriate in alignment in AstraZeneca priority communication process._- _ Proactive in identifying areas for process improvement or finding opportunities for Automation._- _ Liaise with multiple stake holders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors for resolving issues and potential process improvements_**Essential for the role**- _ 4 years of overall IT experience_- _ 2-3 years of software development and support experience. _(Integration Platforms preferable)_- _ Experience with end-to-end development lifecycle (Design/Develop/Test/Deploy), including CICD._- _ Knowledge to build complex mappings with JSON path expressions, Python scripting._- _ Good written and verbal communication capabilities_- _ Strong experience in coordinating with the Business Analysts to understand business requirement, functional requirements, and conversion of business rules into technical specifications_- _ Proven ability to work independently or in conjunction with a team._- _ Willingness to learn new technologies._- _ Good knowledge of enterprise integration and able to guide team members._- _ Excellent written, oral & interpersonal communication skills._**Desirable for the role**- _ Experience in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, GlobalScape, preferable or _Experience in any Integration middleware technology (Boomi, Informatica, Oracle SOA, APIGEE etc)._- _ Analyze & translate functional specifications /user stories into technical specifications._- _ Working experience with technologies such as: JDBC, Databases, Service Now, Data, REST, SOAP, Java, APIs, VMs, Perl, JSON, XML, XSD, RAML, OAS._- _ Experience in DevOps, using continuous integration, continuous development and continuous integration tools (e.G. Jenkins)_
