**What You Will Do**:
- Conducts stress, fracture and fatigue structural analysis of aerospace components. Performs structural analysis nature using conventional hand analysis and/ computer analysis.
- Develops and documents structural test efforts to assess structural integrity of metallic and non-metallic aerospace products.
- Works to design parameters to access the structural integrity of metallic and non-metallic aerospace component parts.
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of basic scope and complexity.
- Uses and validates Continuous Improvement tools to solve problems.
- Expresses problems, issues, and opportunities to peers, supervision and leadership.
**Qualifications You Must Have**:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 1 year prior relevant experience
- Experience in aircraft structural components static, durability, damage tolerance.
- Experience in a product development teams with engine / airframe companies highly desired.
- Strong background in structural analysis related to aircraft.
- Strong understanding of load paths and various aspects of airframe design using metals and composite materials.
- MRB engineering experience highly desirable.
- Strong technical writing and PC skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work closely as a team with other international locations.
**Qualifications We Prefer**:
- Material properties and behavior (Composite & Metallic) or structural testing experience.
