How you will make a difference?Full responsible for shift supervisors' team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost.Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.Complies with all personnel policies and procedures as set by company standards and regulations.Monitors compliance and consistency of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requirements on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.Trains new unit personnel as required.Communicates for basic alignment with planning.Performs these and other duties as assigned.EducationWhat will make you successful:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.5+ years external professional experience leading teams.LanguageEnglish - Overall / Fluent (is a must)Experience and AptitudesLean knowledge +Strong leader who can motivate people.High energy, proactive attitude.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication (oral, written, listening) skills.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.Computer skills.Excellent organization skills and able to multitask on different projects and adaptable to change.Strong negotiation skills.Availability to travel (valid Passport and US Visa desirable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
