.Join our SIG team Queretaro plant as…JR TAX ANALYST Support the determination of Federal and Local Taxes and follow up on the global internal controls to minimize any risk of fraud and errors. Key job functionsResponsible for preparing all support documentation for VAT refunds, tax benefits and other tax-related grants on a monthly basis for SIG Manufacturing.Ensure that all VAT refunds are obtained as soon as possible for SIG Manufacturing.Responsible for estimated payments (Income Tax, VAT (Federal) and/or other local taxes calculations (monthly)) for Mexican entities for SIG Manufacturing.Handle compliance topics (i.E., follow up on blacklist, repse topics, electronic accounting for SIG Manufacturing, among others).Support fulfillment of e-accounting (monthly basis): Reconciliation of Revenue (accounting vs CFDIs) on a monthly basis.Responsible for reconciling VAT in books vs Data Stage.Responsible for reconciling Cogs vs Data Stage.Responsible for accounts reconciliation of one of the entities.Responsible for MEC tax calculation for one of the entities for SIG Manufacturing.Follow up on a monthly basis of the electronic accounting with the accounting team for SIG Manufacturing.Support Annual Tax Returns, ISSIF, and Statutory Tax Reports for SIG Manufacturing.Provide any other tax support needed for SIG Manufacturing.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting (Must)Expertise or experience on VAT balances in favor (Must)Diploma or Tax update courses in Taxation (Must)Fluent in English (Must)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with SAPExpertise in software needed to report to MX authoritiesExperience with reporting systems (Cognos & BW as differentials).Residence in Queretaro (Must)Competencies SIG We are looking for individuals who consistently achieve results, even in challenging circumstances, and who foster a motivating climate for others.
